Option 1) IB Organic/Env. Chemistry SL (A) and IB Physics SL (A)
Option 2) AP Advanced Chemistry, 2 HR block (H)

I'm a Sophomore this year, a Junior next year.
 
Go with Physics. A basic understanding of physics really helps you grasp everyday problems with greater ease, and it is just a practical application of math, which makes the otherwise tedious subject more fun!
