Which chevrolet blocks are the best to use for a vortec 350 build? A roller

assembly is what I'm hoping for. I heard the cores are in better condition and have the use of roller lifters for a better cam profile. I just need to know the years that have roller cams and would be the cheapest in price. Thanks.
