Which CGI movie has the scene with a seal hiding inside a dead orca?

I think it's one about penguins, but I'm not quite sure. The characters in the movie are going to eat the meat from a dead whale, but a seal pops out of it and chases them away. I think the seal might end up dead himself but I could also be wrong about that.
Oh! You're right. I can't believe I couldn't think of it. The movie I was thinking of was Happy Feet, since that did have orca whales and a seal that tried to eat them. But the specific scene was from Eight Below.
