Which cellphone should i pick? Nokia 7705 Twist or LG enV3?

I like both phones. I currently have the LG enV2. Could you please list the pros and cons of each phone? and which one you would suggest? Also i like to text alot and i want a phone with good camera quality. Thanks!!
