Which cell phone carrier is better Sprint or T-mobile?

I am trying the new HTC EVO but I am being offered the MyTouch 4G from T-Mobile...which one you think should I go for? Better in terms of coverage, billing, customer service,...
I live in Houston. How is Sprint and T-Mobile service in Houston?
