Which carrier/plan is best for me (canada)

Hello, my contracts about to run out and id like to explore my options on which carrier/plan to get. I live in canada btw

my plan with virgin right now is 25 bucks a month, unlimited texting, a bit of talking and thats about it.

since i mostly just text im looking for a cheaper plan.

Basically all i want is minimum 250 or so text messages per month, a tiny bit of talking (really minimal), and thats it (i can live without call display, voice mail, etc but it would be nice to have i guess)

so which carrier and plan should i go with.

or Koodo offers 50 minutes of talk and unlimited text for 20$ , just pick the 15 dollar plan and then pick the unlimited text add on for 5$
