Which car dealer would you choose from consumers point of view? GM or Honda?

GM- Cadillac, Chevy, Buick, GMC or
Honda- All line

Why? Let's suppose you would want either new or used cars from these two dealers now. Which car would you think have better premium values for your needs, if you were to buy a car right now?
