Which Camera should a guy who want to start a small photography business buy?...

...Nikon D90 or D300? yeah the title pretty much says it all, i want to start a small local photography business where i take really great quality pictures of families out in there yard or where ever they want, but be way cheaper than other photography businesses, but i don't know which camera i should buy, i really dont have a whole lot of money
