Which Brand Thousand Island Dressing Does Steak And Shake Use For Their Fresco Sauce?

Looking to replicate Steak and Shake's Fresco sauce and want to know exactly which Thousand Island brand they use. So all you Steak and Shake employees chime in! Thanks!
 
I suggest using Kraft Russian over thousand Island its slightly different but close enough and the russian is better trust me :D
 
It's Kraft Thousand Island, but it's the kind that is produced for food service and is not EXACTLY the same as the stuff you can buy in bottles at the grocery store. It's close, but there are some differences simply based on the fact that manufacturing for huge tubs and manufacturing for salad dressing bottles is different, containers are different and shelf life is different.
