I am having to re-re-re-coat the exterior of my house again!
I am using Exterior latex (water-base) paint each time I re-coat my eve.
I use KILZ(r) as my undercoat with the best topcoat I can afford.
Is the ROYAL Exterior latex better quality, over the Sears WEATHER-BEATER exterior latex paint?
I am in Texas, where each season's weather causes havoc on each coating I re-apply.
