Which brand is the best for digital compact (not more than 300 grams) cameras...

...with Image stabilization? I am looking for "Image stabilization" and "shake proof" features . Not for a professional. Looking for a compact camera- but need not be very slim. Upto 300g in weight is ok with me.
 
i have always been loyal to canon. The picture quality is amazing for such compact cameras. I have the PowerShot SD1100 IS. Great little camera. Highly recommended
