Which book should I read?

I need to read one of the following for the summer AP Literature class assignment. I want a book that is fun to read but also easy to analyze! Which book would you recommend?

And if you read it, if you would give me a brief summary or a reason why you liked it, that would be great!
The Blind Assassin (Atwood)
Death Comes for the Archbishop (Cather)
The Heart is a Lonely Hunter (McCullers)
Empire Falls (Russo)
The Poisonwood Bible (Kingsolver)
The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay (Chabon)
 
I would read The Poisonwood Bible. I have not read it yet, but I've had several people recommend it to me. Also, since it is a classic, it should be easy to find sources to help you analyze it.
