I read "the womens room" by Marilyn French, and really only 20 years later can I see how much it influenced me. I was still a teen at the time and was probably too young to read it. But I can still remember it so well

When I was in grade 8, I started the Harry Potter series. I didn't like reading before that, and after reading Harry Potter, I started to enjoy reading.

After I read To Kill a Mockingbird (in grade 10) I realized that I wanted to be an English major when I went to university. Ever since then, I've loved English.

Cherry tree farm, i remember it still to this day. It is a childrens book that i read when i was about 8yrs old im now 31 and it has influenced me alot.

Little Women, by Louisa M Alcott. Because by being a close knit family they could over come any thing.

Romeo and Juliet.
Read it at school and it put me off reading for quite a while.

"The Fountainhead" written by Ayn Rand in the late 40's. It still pops into my head almost daily and I haven't read it for over four years. And Chuck Palahniuk books have definately had a major influence on me
