I like the Twilight book best, even though it wasn't the most exciting or well-written (as say, Eclipse, which is my second favorite). I just really like being introduced to the whole vampire world and how they live. It was great to see how Bella and Edward's relationship started in its purest, most intense form. It was fun before Bella found out that Edward was a vampire to see what conclusions she comes to and hints that give him away. I also enjoyed the twist in the end that put Bella in danger, setting up the whole debate as to whether she should be "changed" or not.
