Which Blue tooth Headset

Plain and simple... which one is better the Motorola HS805 bluetooth or the Motorola H300 bluetooth headset. Also im assuming these would work with a RAZR v3m, correct?

Both the hs805 runs off a battery where as the h300 you have to charge it i have the hs815 and it works great.
