Which bike would you rather own?!?!

A friend of mine at work decided to come razz me about all the ways that his bike is better than my 848. The 954 below is his EXACT bike, color and all.

With just a simple answer like "the Ducati" or "the Honda", please reply with which you would rather own!

BTW, I'm making this same post on the Honda forum to be fair.

Note: This is just for fun to find out how many would actually take the Honda over the Ducati, especially on the Honda forum...

I would take the 848 simply from the fact that there are less spark plugs to change.

Not to mention the engine note of the 848 as you run through the gears, stock or with aftermarket mufflers on it. All 4 cylinder bikes sound the same, and a v-twin sounds nothing like them.

New vs old while valid is a mute point because my friend is talking performance wise, his 954 would beat the 848 so it's not so much about choosing which to buy, in which case who wouldn't take a new bike, but an argument of which bike will out ride the other given the same skill rider and conditions and basing the choice off of that.
