Which bike to choose CBR600RR, GSXR 600 or GSXR 750?

Ok so im looking to get my first bike. I'm 5'7 and i wanna know which one of these would be the best for my height the CBR600RR, GSXR 600 or GSXR 750? Please just give me your opinion about these bikes i don't wanna hear anything about a 250 or any other bike. I'm 23 years old and know how dangerous bikes can be so i will be taking my time on the road. Thank you in advance for all your input.
