The Specialized Allez or the Trek 1.2?

My stand over height is about 30.6 inches....what size should I get?
These bikes cost the same....they are $880
 
Way over priced at $880 ! You can do better at a Performance bike store, or even better online if you don't mind putting 10% of the bike together yourself.
