I want to buy a DJ (Dirt Jumper) bike and have some options.
I've mostly caught my eye on the Scott Voltage YZ 30.
My plan is to get a bike with an okay frame and upgrade the components on it later, and when everything is good, I would change the frame to something more expensive.
Other bikes I've been looking at is the YZ 35 and the Specialized P.1
Problem with the specialized is that i can't find it in any bike shop.
I'm a beginner and know basic tricks like bunny-hop, stoppie, wheelie, a little sidehop and bunnyhop 90.
Question is, is the Scott bike worth getting as a beginner and a starting point for (re-)building a bike ? (Considering that in a year it won't be a Scott bike anymore, I can spend around 500 euros.)
