Ok, I am looking for a bike which I'll be using on mostly road, and a little bit of not-really-intense trail riding. The options I've narrowed it down to are: a like-new 2004 specialized hard rock sport for $275, a new-from-a-bikeshop trek 3900 which comes with free tune-ups for life, for $360 after tax, or a trek 4300, new, for $400 after tax (also free lifetime tuneups). I don't do much bike work, so the free tune up is appealing to me, but are the bikes+tunes-ups worth the price? What is the best value here?
