Which bike runs hotter?

I have previously owned and ST2 and an ST4s. I am looking at either the Monster 1100 or The Streetfighter. Which one of these bikes do you think would run cooler? I was never happy with the amount of heat with the previous two bikes, but of course they had the fairings to trap the heat inside.
