Which best used sport bike is the best deal in your opinion?

Hi been riding for about 7 months. Had some dirt bikes and a Ninja 250r but I am looking to upgrade. I am not interested in buying any modern 600s I just want something stronger than past bikes. I narrowed down my choices to these bikes. In your opinion which are the best?

I picked these ones because of the low prices. I was eyeing on the CBR but the FZ6 is more modern with lower price! I just want to know peoples opinions for this matter. Thanks!
