i just took my msf class and aced it. while everyone else was struggling, my dirt bike experience made it easy to ace. now i want to get a bike and there are a few that i am looking at.they are the sv650 (naked and sf), gs500, ninja 250 and 500 or the fz6r. ive sat on all these bike and the ninja 250 and fz6r are the most comfortable. i took the class on a gz250 and it was way too underpowered and i was able to ring it out within the first 2 hours of class so the ninja 250 is kinda iffy for me. i want to know if people reccomend the 500's even though they have carburetors or if i should get the fz6r (fuel injected) and learn on it. it is big enought that i wont get tired of it soon but idk if it is too big for me right now. the msf instructor said no more than a 800cc, 80hp, 500lb bike. all these bikes are within that range. WHAT SHOULD I GET? thanks
i will also use this bike to commute all over NY and need a decent bike for highway speeds. around my house all the roads are 55's and i take the 65 mph interstate alot! thanks
