Which basketball game do you recommend for PS2?

Dont get NBA live you'll regret it especially if your an NBA 2K fan. I say go for NBA 2K9 its a good one. I had too many people come up to me saying they regret getting NBA live but it have to get it get the game used so you can get a feel for. If you don't like you can take it back unlike a new game.
 
I'm planning to buy an NBA game for ps2. Which is better? 09 NBA Live, Streetball, ETC.
