Which AP classes should I take junior year?

Im going to be a junior next year. At my school, they recommend we only take 2 AP classes at a time. Im currently in all honors classes and earn straight A's. Im going to take honors pre-calculus and honors portuguese 4, which i am a year ahead in both. Would it be better to take AP Biology and AP U.S History, instead of taking honors chemistry, AP English Lanuguage and Composition and AP U.S History?
