Which American colleges give need-based financial aid to international students?

I understand Yale, Amherst, Princeton, and Harvard awards need-based financial aid to international students, aid will represent 100% demonstrated need, and requesting aid will not affect admission.

I am wondering which other colleges in America are operating under this policy.
