Which Acura is the better choice?

I have found two Acura's that I really like and would like to buy. One is a 1999 Acura 3.2TL and the other is a 1999 Acura 3.5RL. They both are around the same price and mileage. They have generally the same features. Which one is the better buy? Which one looks better with a teenager driving it? If you have owned one of these cars, please give me your feed back on what you thoght of the cars.
