which 500 cc bike do i buy?

i am looking to upgrade from a 125 cruiser something in the 500 range i have been riding on L plates for about 8 years i have previously ridden sports bikes i am about 6 foot tall and would use the bike daily i have been looking at kawaski er500 /suzuki gs500 / honda cb please any advice
 
The Kawasaki 500 Vulcan uses the exact same engine as the Kawasaki 500 Ninja, good bike, quickest and most powerful in the 500cc class.
The suzuki GS500S is generic, slow, feels cheap, underpowered, not exciting
