intention is to make simpler models? Hello,
I am mainly a musical storyteller and I love to release works through youtube. I have been making limited animation 2d models with vector art software and can do enough motion tricks to make it somewhat interesting. However, I have been really itching to put the characters into actual 3d environments.
I won't need lip-sync, and I will be intentionally making and animating simplified shapes. More stylized "Toon" type characters without advanced, rippling musculature or anything, and dinosaurs that are more cute like they look like they were made from Play-doh or such.
Imagine the characters not being much more complicated than Lego, or Playmobil figures and animals.
So which 3d app would be the easiest to get working with and hopefully be very affordable?
Thank you,
~Marcus
