i find it very hard to believe that 2010 corolla doesn't have no power windows. I have 2006 toyota corolla CE, which is supposed to be base model and it has power windows!
Power windows has been standard equipment since 1995. And yes in 2006 corolla CE, you can lock all doors at once by pushing the button at driver's seat. The driver's seat should have controls for all windows and all locks. There may not be a remote key lock or unlock in CE, i agree.
