Could someone please give me a link to the formula that they have used to prove that humans are causing climate change?
I'd like to see for myself what variables they have included in their calculations and what experiments they've conducted to support the values they've assigned to those variables.
The earth is a very complex system taking into account sun spots, the earths variation in the plane of it's orbit, changes in cloud cover and evaporation rates, changes in reflectivity for infrared from the surface with different conditions and then counter reflectivity from dust and clouds not to mention volcanic activity, the 100's or thousands of square miles of desert that people farm through aqueducts and the variation of crops on that from year to year and so on.
There must be thousands of major variables and perhaps millions of smaller ones. It must be one incredible calculation and I'd like to see it but all I can find in my searches is hear-say.
Perhaps I'm just not doing my search right.
Thanks
I'd just like to see for myself before I vote for spending trillions of dollars and a total change in my lifestyle.
ALBERT - The sun? Really? Imagine that.
SNEEZY - That's what i ment by hear-say. It's just somebody says. Where's the math? Where's the formula? What assumptions are they using? What variables are they considering? Is it too much to ask to see that?
LAMONT - All over the web? All I can find is somebody says. Where's the math? What are the variables? What are the assumptions?
LAMONT - I'm very much a supporter in evolution and in fact I have quite a nice fossil collection. You sir, are the one taking things on faith. Some NASA people who's budget depends on it say so isn't much different than some preacher who's belief system depends on it says so.
I'M NOT TRYING TO ARGUE FOR OR AGAINST HUMAN CAUSED WARMING. I JUST WANT TO SEE THE MATH. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?
