where's the fuse for the brake lights on a toyota corola?

i think the fuse for the brake lights burned out and i need to know where they are and wich one it is. also, its stuck on park and it wont let me shift into drive. Is that because of the brake lights that are out or is it something else? its a toyota corola 1993.
