Where's the best hamburger in the South?

I live in Charlotte and last year I drove to Augusta Georgia for some chicken tenders. It's become a bit of a joke amongst our group of friends. We are trying to make it an annual thing. This year I was wanting to eat the best hamburger.
Again, we live in Charlotte, and we are willing to travel about 6-7 hours ROUND TRIP. So where's the best hamburger in the South (VA, TN, GA, SC, or NC)????
