where's my windows media player,etc?

i recently changed internet providers.i'm now using charter instead of att/bellsouth so now when i try to access my windows media music store ,anything to do with windows or mircosoft i get the message page cannot be displayed or i'm not i'm not connected to internet.please help

call your ISP tech support as it sounds like you do not have your TCP/IP settings properly configured.
