WHERES FRAME NUMBER ON HONDA C90?

I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN GIVEN AN OLD HONDA C90 AND WANT TO APPLY FOR REGISTRATION DOCUMENT CANT SEE FRAME OR ENGINE NUMBERS WITH ALL THAT BODY WORK,ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT THANKS
 
If it has a VIN, it's on a label on the steering head, usually behind the front horn fairing. Before 1981 there were no VINs, so it could be on the engine or anywhere else where there was empty space. The fairings come off easily (take your time until you learn where all the fasteners are.)
 
a frame number is usually below the handlebars, sort of behind the top of the front forks. There is a Honda label there with the model number. On the right I think

an engine number is often on the barrel, just below the lowest cooling fin. this time on the left of the bike. probably starts C90
