Wheres a good place to train your pokemon before the mahogany gym?

I really need to train my pokemon because i just caught a rhyhorn and got my eevee, so i have a lvl 17 rhyhorn and a lvl 11 eevee
along with a:
ampharos lvl.42
feraligatr lvl. 40
pidgeot lvl. 38
Togepi lvl. 35

so i wanna good place to train my pokemon so any routes with good pokemon or anything?
