Where's a good place in Kentucky that you can camp, hike, and swim in a lake...

...or something like that? I want to take my girlfriend on a little trip or the weekend. I wan to take her camping, where we can go on some kind of walk or hike to see birds and animals and stuff and maybe so swimming in a lake or stream or something like that. Some place kinda quiet to relax. Anyone know any places like that?
