I did very well in history, but I can't remember a thing I learned in school. Mostly because history bored me at the time and I just studied it because I had to. I was more interested in science, painting, and playing sports. Now that I am older (30; better late then never!) I am very interested in history, but I don't know where to begin to study it. I wish I had been more interested in it back then!!! I wouldn't be so lost today! Please give me a starting point, or time line.
