Where would I get a Photoshop plug-in for .crw camera raw files?

My Canon PowerShot SD630 generates .crw files. However, I can't find a Photoshop plug-in that lets me view these higher quality files.

I use Photoshop Elements 4.0.

The camera is a simple point-and-shoot with the CHDK custom firmware on it. So it didn't come with any RAW processing software. :(
