Where was Sara Teasdale's poem "Sleepless" first published?

There is a poem called "Sleepless" that is attributed to Sara Teasdale, but I cannot find a single citation on where it was originally published. It is found in an anthology called The Seashell Anthology of Great Poetry which was published in 1996, but that was long since her death. I'm looking for any original publication around the time she was alive in the early 1900s. This is for copyright clearance purposes; if the poem was published early enough, it may be in the public domain. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Here is what I found out: Helen of Troy and other poetry (1911)
Rivers to the Sea (1915); Love Songs (1918); Flame and Shadow(1920)
Sara Teasdale lived from 1884 to 1933 when she committed suicide.
Her dear friend Vachel Lindsay, who wrote her often, committed suicide in 1931.
The poem you want I think is called"Fear" and can be accessed on sarateasdale sleepless poem wikipedia
She also won the first Pulitzer Prize.
