where to start for drawing anime/manga art?

i just need to know what books, websites, or what would be useful to help me start drawing stuff like the anime robots and people and stuff.

please be sure of the stuff you recommend but im an absolute beginner and really need good advice and stuff to use. nothing where i have to have an art background and no mentionign of classes. thanks
