where to look for people willing to do CGI for free?

I know of things like the blender project and stuff, but is there anywhere I could post on a forum to ask for people to do 3D animation for free. Would I go to the blender site and post there, or is there somewhere else you would suggest.

I hate to break it to you, but it's doubtful anyone talented enough to do 3D animation will do it for free. 3D animation is time consuming, and these people probably have better things to do. They may have jobs, or have people paying them for other projects to work on.
