where to learn flash CS4 and actionscript 3.0 for flash games?

i just finished downloading every adobe tool for CS4
but all the tutorials and guids that seem usefull are for
CS3 with ActionScript 2.0

i am just starting out but i learn extremely well.

also to people who suggest sites like lynda.com

though they do have very good tutorials I can't pay for them
so the tutorials have to be free
