Where to go to college?

I want to major in foreign languages...I think.

At this point I think I want to possibly teach language in other countries. Or I'm considering mission work. But either way I am going to college and I want a Language degree. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good college I could go to...
My requirements include
1. Somewhat big college. football team
2. Study abroad programs
3. Not Ivy league colleges. I'm smart but not that smart.
4. major in languages

USC, but you sure as hell better be a well-rounded student to be considered here. It's a very selective school.
