Where to get NORMALLLLLLLL?

where can i get NORMAL jeans?? it seems like everywhere i shop (hollister, american eagle) have pants that never fit right. The tops are too high, and they are always loose after the day is done. Plus they always are weird shades of blue... where can i just get a pair of normal blue jeans? that are low rise. :) THANNNNKSSS
plus i am a size one-to a three... if that helps any lol
