Where to get a wii sunday the 10th

I'm wondering where I can get a wii this sunday. My target says they aren't getting any and circuit city and best buy both said one shipment before christmas but couldn't give a date. Where can I wait on a line. I really wanna play one.
 
Do you have a Costco near you? That's where I got mine on launch week, no problem and no waiting either.

I don't believe CCity and Best Buy though, Nintendo has been making weekly shipments, so I don't see why they wouldn't be getting some each week until Christmas and after as well.
 
i was at costco the other day, so I know they don't have any. The manager at target told me that they are doing a release on the 17th, thats it, and I know him personally, so where should i go tomorrow
 
Har har smartass, what I meant was don't trust what they tell you ahead of time. Most of the time they don't know if they're getting in or not until they show up, hence just call first thing when they open.

And just b/c you were there yesterday doesn't mean they won't have any Sunday.
 
Yeah, I know what you mean... I know every single person I've talked to has lied to my face, it pisses me off, especially those Best Buy douchebags.
 
Yeah, unless you speak directly with a manager ahead of time (and even then it's a coin flip as to whether they know what they're talking about or not) I wouldn't trust anyone at any retailer.

Hell, the GM at a local Wal-Mart told three of my friends they weren't getting any Wii's in last week and low and behold they got 20 in on Sunday.
 
I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that a lot of employees are pretty aggravated about the PS3 and Wii questions by now, so they could give a fuck whether or not they are telling you the truth when you ask or not. Now there are exceptions, the guys I know at gamestop have told me how many the ordered and how many have come in so far and when I should check back, and the lady at Target actually called me one day when they ordered some and told me when to check back.
