Where to get a used center cap for Buick Park Avenue Ultra?

I have a 97 Buick Park Avenue which had its rear, wheel hub/center cap pilfered. Where in Canada can I get a used one? The cap is chrome and has a 6 and 1/2 inch diameter. Where to get one used for less than the cost of a set of my limbs? Arm and a leg indeed! Brand new is over 150 bucks!!!
 
Try looking on Ebay, if you don;t find one there find a Hemming's motor news you might find one in it. How in the world did they get the center cap off. Aren't those held on by a special bolt that you have to have the key tool to get them aff?
 
If the wheel is a factory wheel and not aftermarket, there are websites that sell used wheel center caps, along with hubcaps. Look online for "used hubcap sellers"
