Where to get a nice car on lowest rent?

I’m planning vacation for a week to Miami. I’ve gathered almost all information I’d need. But I’ve got little bit confused on the rates, most car rental companies offer. A few offer $200 a week for a nice car while most of them offer over $400 a week for a same car— what a difference?
What should I look before hiring a nice car? Please get me one or two places where I’d solve the remaining issue.
