where to get a cute backpack for school?

im tired of carrying my big besty johnson handbag to school. i want to get a cute, simple backpack. are there any chic ones? i want one from American Appearal but its $50. i want to know any other places to get cute backpacks before i settle for the AA one. i dont carry that much so it should be the size of a Jansport backpack but i dont want Jansport
