I've recently had some problems with my X6, and I had to do a hard reset (pressing send, end, and camer keys and powering on). However, I had about 200mb apps installed. I previously did another hard reset in my phone.
When I first got the phone, there was like 50mb of MIDP apps in use of mass memory. Then I installed my apps, and there were about 200mb if MIDP apps in use. Then I did a hard reset, and reinstalled my apps as they weren't there after the reset. After that I did another hard reset, and before I reinstall my apps, I noticed that there were 400mb of MIDP apps in use from the mass memory.
So what happened is this: I had 200mb MIDP apps installed, then after the first hard reset, the apps were gone, but the memory usage they had taken was still taken. And the same happened after the second reset, as there were 400mb in use by the apps that were previously on the phone.
What could be the problem? Why are the apps taking the space while they are not there? And will a reformat of mass memory solve this?
